The best way to get a prescription to us is to have your doctor fax the prescription directly to us. We cannot accept photos of prescriptions sent by email or any other method. You could alternatively drop off your prescription or mail it to one of our locations in Calgary, Mississauga or Vancouver.

We offer direct billing in Alberta only. We do not offer direct billing in Ontario or British Columbia.

We do. We ship them in an insulated package with ice packs or dry ice and they are guaranteed to keep refrigerated conditions for 28 hours. We will only ship refrigerated products via Purolator. We do not ship refrigerated items on Fridays to avoid them sitting over the weekend.
